1 Reserved List Foil Masticore from Urza's Destiny in Near Mint Plus to Near Mint condition, in my opinion, though you be the Judge. There seems to be a super slight roller scratch, and very small storage and dust marks, though an overall highly gradable museum quality piece. I would personally give a grade as follows.

Front/Obverse: Centering = 10, Edges = 10, Corners = 10, Surface = 9 (9-9.5 rounded down)

Back/Reverse: Centering = 9.5, Edges = 9,

Corners = 9.5+, Surface = 9.5.

Side: Edge = 9.5, Corners = 10.
