Recommended daily portion is 45 ml.
Take a single serving of the product – 15 ml, measure out using the measuring cup included in the packaging. Take 3 times daily.On workout days:1 serving 30 min. before the first meal, 2 servings 30 min. before the workout.On non-workout days:1 serving 30 min. before the first meal, 2 servings 30 min. before the main meal.Please note:Do not take before bedtime!
