Item condition/specifications

• I put in 4 AA batteries, and the item immediately beeped to life with a charging-up sound. The power button turns on a red light as well as a red lightning bolt LED near it, then both turn off several seconds later; I'm unsure if this is an indicator that it won't work without being properly connected to a camera, or what.
• This device requires 4 AA batteries, which are NOT included with this purchase.
  
• WARNING! The battery compartment explicitly states NOT to try and use Ni-Cd (nickel-cadium) batteries!

Payment & shipping policies

• Item will be shipped via USPS First Class by default.
• Item will generally be shipped within 1 business day of full payment being cleared. Ordering on a weekend (or over holidays) may result in delays. USPS observes federal United States holidays, such as Columbus Day.

• Item may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Buyer pays for return shipping unless item is defective.
