This is being sold strictly as a collectors' item from one collector to another and no rights are transferred or implied.  Items are shipped in a sturdy weatherproof photo mailer for extra protection.  Sold AS-IS. This is for a negative only and not a photo. I do not make photos from these. You are only buying a negative.

This is original and rare! I acquired a very large collection of original negatives from a celebrity photographer that have been packed away for years.
