Light edge and corner wear, binding worn/tear cover has bottom,3 pages have stains, corner's shows wear.
Pages show signs of use considering age.
Please look at pictures, this is the book I'm offering. 
I put small  blue Surf board pointing items of interest in identifying any flaws.
