This is a beautiful tin dish from Daher Decorated Ware, made in England.  It is oval shaped with a very detailed floral design. It measures about 9.25"x 12.5" and 2" deep. It is almost too pretty to use. It needs to be cleaned with a damp paper towel according to the instructions on the back.
