This attractive large playhouse in the style of a Swiss Cottage will allow your children to explore their imaginations and in the event of adverse weather, provides them with their own space in which to play.

It has a sturdy timber construction with a tongue and groove floor. The asymmetrical pitched roof has a solid board structure with quality mineral roofing felt. It is finished at the front with shaped bargeboards. To reduce the risk of splinters, the framing and shiplap timber has been planed. Inside is a mezzanine floor with ladder access. For safety, the three windows are fixed and styrene glazed.

The timber has a dipped honey-brown finish.

It is recommended that the playhouse is not installed on concrete, asphalt or any other hard surface. It is delivered flat packed with a fittings pack and comprehensive assembly instructions in 14 working days. It does not include any bearers for the floor.
