This is a vintage, working 1960s electric Norelco Beauty Sachet: Complete Home Beauty Kit ("Shaves, Trims, Manicures, Massages, Pedicures"). It is in the original case, complete with all parts and in barely used condition. The case is a little grubby from storage all these years.
