- After the purchase you get from us a mail, with the request to let us know your ring sizes and the engraving data. Please write in your reply email Your ring sizes, your engraving text and your desired font. We have approx. 45,000 fonts available and all possible special characters, also Chinese, Arabic, Kryllian etc. You can select your desired font in a word processing program and tell us about it. Also Engrave your own handwriting and your fingerprint possible and natural for free.
- Please have your ring sizes measured by a jeweler or request one from us free of charge a ring gauge on. If you measure your ring sizes yourself with a caliper that is accurate to a hundredth of a millimeter, you can be sure that you are accurate to a hundredth of a millimeter measured incorrectly have and the rings not fit will. You can also send us matching rings. We will then make your rings accordingly. If the ring sizes are incorrectly specified, the customer must bear the costs incurred.
- for fitting. Fine work is only carried out, diamonds are set, the rings are engraved and sent back to you only when the rings fit perfectly. Your return costs for this will be covered by us.
