The Skar Audio SDR-12 D4 subwoofer was designed to redefine the term "daily" subwoofer, both in terms of power output and acoustic responsiveness across the entire low end frequency range. The engineering considerations that went into developing this 12-inch subwoofer are extensive, and contribute to why the SDR series has continued to be one of the most popular subwoofer lines we have ever released.

Rated conservatively at 1,200 watts max power, this 12-inch subwoofer was built to get loud and low. Featuring a 2.5", 4-layer, high temperature, dual 4-ohm copper voice coil, you will be able to operate it at peak performance for hours on end with the peace of mind knowing it can handle the brutality. Combine that with the top-tier, high flux ferrite motor of this driver, and it is by no surprise that the subwoofer can reproduce low end bass frequencies with authority.
Furthermore, we devised integrating a unique red nomex spider suspension system into the design that utilizes the perfect blend of stiffness and flexibility. The aforementioned components of the subwoofer as well as it's advanced air flow cooling design, are what ultimately allows for the incredible responsiveness and power handling of the speaker. Last but not least the subwoofer features a high roll foam surround and competition grade strength paper cone.

Who does Skar Audio use to ship my purchase?
Due to varying rates and shipping times, Skar Audio uses a variety of shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. While most items will be sent via UPS, it is not uncommon to receive items via another carrier when it makes sense as the best option to care for our customers purchases.
Do I qualify for free shipping?
Skar Audio is happy to offer retail customers who order directly from Skar Audio's official website free shipping to the continental United States for orders over $50. Currently, customers residing in Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for free shipping. International shipments will be subject to shipping costs that are calculated at the time of purchase, and will be subject to any fees or duties charged by the carrier additionally. Please be aware that these duties and fees are not calculated into the shipping cost at the time of checkout.
Does Skar Audio ship internationally?
Due to factors beyond our control, we have suspended all international shipping on orders made directly via Skar Audio's official website effective 9/20/2020. Our internal team is working diligently to restore this service and create a better experience for our customers who do not reside domestically within the United States. We do not currently have an estimated time that this service will be available to our friends outside of the United States, however, we will be happy to announce once we are able to re-establish this service for our customers outside the United States.

How long will it take to get my order?
Skar Audio has strategically expanded operations within the US, and can reach most of the United States in 3 business days. We make an effort to ship out orders the same day if the orders are made during business hours. Any orders placed over the weekend or after business hours will ship out the following business day.
Does Skar Audio offer expedited shipping?
Skar Audio does offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. The options available vary based upon area and can be viewed during the checkout process.
If I purchase an item on backorder, when should I expect to receive it?
Skar Audio is constantly forecasting to keep product from going out of stock; however, unexpected trends in sales may lead to a shortage of a product. When this happens, Skar Audio will always post the expected return date of the product right on the product's page. Once the item arrives back in stock, we ship all backorders immediately.
