The large sapphire is approximaltey 38 carats with an oval cabochon cut and displays a gorgeous royal blue color with a well centered and defined 6 ray star. The stunning diamonds on this piece total approximaltey 4.25 carats, consisting of old European, old single, and straight baguette cuts, and create the most stunning and captivating look with tremendous amount of fire and brilliance.
