Please note: 

1.) Some refills will not have a tag; however, the scent name is printed/etched by Bath & Body Works (BBW) on upper portion of the bulb. Tag design/color may vary from picture. 

2.) The BBW manufacturing and packaging processes are inconsistent. Scent characteristics can vary across batches within a release and/or with release of new/refreshed packaging. Additionally, Wallflower refill 2-packs sold in clear plastic boxes (see pictures for reference) sometimes do not include shrink wrapped caps (i.e. sealed). Inconsistencies observed should be directed to your local store or BBW online customer service (including, but not limited to, inquiries, request for return/exchange, and/or communication of product satisfaction), as nature of the items do not allow for return to us or exchange. Purchase implies agreement to these terms.

3.) All product was obtained directly from BBW in the Central Ohio area, home to BBW's headquarters, as well as its main distribution and manufacturing operation. All product is authentic and fresh.  

4.) USPS, UPS and FedEx tracking may not reflect updates for several days. On occasion, no information will be available within tracking until delivery. Please check to ensure the expected delivery date provided by the eBay platform has passed by at least 7 business days (business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and all Federal holidays) prior to reaching out for information or assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any assistance prior to that time due to carrier guidelines.
