All orders dispatched same day if payment has cleared and order comes through before 2pm.
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this.
You will be informed by e-mail when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Should you have any problems

Please contact us immediately via the contact us page. If you do not contact us within seven working days from date of receipt, we may assume your goods have been delivered in perfect condition.
If our couriers attempt to deliver your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery they will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for a duration of time depending on the delivery service used. If the package has not been successfully delivered or collected from the depot within the time scale given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. If your order has been classed as a failed delivery we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any costs incurred by us if there was genuine failure on your part to make arrangements for goods to be obtained or received.
We use established delivery services such as Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes, Yodel, DPD, DHL and UK Mail among others depending on the service required. If you have a special requirement, conditions or request in relation to the delivery service you require please be sure to inform us before placing your order.

We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected and therefore we are proud to offer you 30 days to change your mind on any of your purchases. Your right to cancel starts from the date you receive your Order Confirmation and ends 30 days later. *Conditions for the return of items
The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received with any seals intact. Items must be returned with all the original packaging, instructions, guarantees and any extras. The law says you have the right to inspect the products as you would in a store but in the comfort of your own home. Just like in store seals are not broken to take items out of their packaging nor items used products bought online must be treated in the same way if being returned, unopened and unused.
Health and beauty products are exempt from 30 day remorse returns due to hygiene, health and safety reasons and cannot be returned unless they are found to have manufacturing faults. Standard 12 months warranty will still apply for faults and defects unless other wise stated.
If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival you must notify us within 24 hours otherwise the courier will refuse to accept any claims of responsibility.
When we receive returns our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in it's original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day returns are received but please allow up to 14 days for the funds to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as Paypal delays or payment system bugs.

You can set up the security system to take still images and save them to your personal Dropbox account in the cloud. So even if your security system gets stolen or destroyed by any burglars, you’ll have peace of mind knowing you can go online and access snapshots from your security cameras.
Massive surveillance grade hard drive
The massive 2TB HDD is designed especially for continuous surveillance recording. You can easily transfer incident video files to a USB stick or to a computer on your network. You can boost storage by setting up Motion Detection Recording. With such massive storage, you can come back from your long vacation and still find recordings from a while back.
Easier Installation with Power over Ethernet
Installation is now easier than ever with the NVR’s Ethernet ports which allow both the video signal and power to run from the NVR to the cameras through the same cable. Simply run the included CAT5 Ethernet cable from the camera to the NVR and click it into place, the same way you would connecting your computer to a router.
Super HD 4K with HDMI cable
The kit also includes an HDMI cable for generating up to 4K Super HD video to your flat screen TV including LCD, LED TVs or monitors. The NVR also has a VGA connection for viewing up to 1080p Full HD on your LCD monitor or compatible TV with VGA input. VGA cable not included.
Record only what matters with Motion Detection
Motion Detection lets you select specific areas of each camera’s image you want to trigger automatic recording and alerts. This reduces the unnecessary false trigger recordings, such as cars driving in the street, birds & falling leaves, while boosting the HDD’s storage capacity.
QuickShot lets you quickly review recordings from multiple cameras
QuickShot is a time saver to find what you want from recorded footage. This feature lets you search all channels in a given period of time and then select the recordings from the search results to play as a slide show all in the same screen. Once you see an event of interest, such as someone roaming around your car, you can then go into that specific footage to watch the event.
QuickReview plays back various recordings from a single camera
Imagine arriving home to a broken window. Using QuickReview saves you time in identifying how and when it happened. Only one of the cameras will have covered that specific angle but as you can simultaneously play multiple recordings from a single channel, you can watch them all at once. The video is divided evenly depending on the split-screen mode that has been selected. For example, if the video is an hour long and you have selected 4 split screens, each will play for 15 minutes.
