In good vintage condition, but with some flaws. Dress flares out at both hips and has ruffled tiers on the back hip/waist. Is missing the belt since there are belt loops and no belt. There are multiple holes down the front middle skirt seam where it is loose and coming unattached. There is a hole at each armpit seam and some light fade/discoloration on the top of the right shoulder. There is a hole on the back of the left shoulder and the bottom of the back opening looks to be restitched. There's a small snag on the front middle of chest and a hole under the back opening at the middle seam. It's possible there are other small holes, light spots or snags that weren't noticed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.
