Vintage Wood Model Navy Sailing Ship USS Constitution Sail Boat 6 in Long.

I found one that is like this, in style, color and size and it said it was a Scandinavian wood model - but didnt want to put in title since I am not positive.  Please see pictures.  This is a small ship - only 6 in by 6 in.
