The medal is devoted to the 100th anniversary of the Central Council's establishment in December 1917 by the Supreme Judicial Office in Ukraine, the General Court of the UPR, whose successor is the Supreme Court of Ukraine. The General Court consisted of three departments: civil, criminal and administrative, and performed all functions in litigations, cases of supervision of judicial institutions and judicial officers.

On the obverse there is a medal: on the top there is the Small State Emblem of Ukraine, under which in the frame of the ornament - scales - the oldest emblem of measure and justice, a symbol of justice; On both sides of the composition, years are marked - 1917 and 2017; in the center on a mirrored background - the Klovsky palace (XVIII century), in which the Supreme Court of Ukraine is the highest judicial body in the system of courts of general jurisdiction of Ukraine, and the inscriptions: UKRAINE (above the building), the Supreme Court (below); The top right is the logo of the Banknote-Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.

The reverse of the medal depicts a monument of architecture of the middle of the nineteenth century. - Presence places (the general name of the public administrative bodies for the central, provincial or district administration), where the General Court was located. To the left of the image of the above-mentioned building, in a cartoon of vegetation ornament - a trident; Under the building - the inscription 100 / РОКІВ. There are inscriptions in circle: GENERAL ADMINISTRATION OF THE GENERAL COURT (above), UKRAINIAN PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC (below).
