Available for purchase is a  "JOE MONTANA 5" X 7" PLAQUE WITH FOOTBALL CARD.  THE ENGRAVING PLATE SAYS "JOE MONTANA #19 ALL TIME GREATEST).   The football card is a 1995 Upper Deck "Joe Montana Trilogy #MT19" Football Card.  My husband bought the plaque, had the engraving plate made and then added the card.  As you can see from the photos, the card can be removed and replaced with whatever card you want to insert.  This would make a great addition to any Joe Montana collection.
