Take 200 ml (1 glass) of milk or 150 ml (1.5 tea glasses) of water chilled in the refrigerator in a whisk and pour the entire package on it. Beat with the beater tips of the mixer, first at low speed, then at high speed for about 2-3 minutes until it gets a consistency.
