New: Item is new and will only come with what is shown in the pictures, Does not include original box or power adapter unless stated otherwise.

Used and working: Item will come tested and working, Will show signs of normal use/wear and tear, Please see the description above for further details.

For parts: AS-IS: For parts only, No warranty / No returns. No guarantee for any form of functionality.

• Shows signs of normal use w/ some scuffs / scratches / blemishes / sticker residue.
• We do not have the ability to transfer licenses to applicable devices.
• No other accessories / hardware / software is included.
• Power cords/Adapters are not included unless permanently attached to device or stated in the ad.
• We do not provide software or software support.
• We ship in 1-5 business days.
• Returns are honored only for used/new items if there is a problem with the device. Items sold as-is / for parts / repair are not returnable.
• Please be advised CCW has limited staff available and doesn't have the capacity to entertain individual shipping requests.
• We do not offer combined shipping. While we may physically combine multiple orders in the same shipment, we do not offer combined shipping cost reductions
• There's also no more palletizing option available and we will not be storing items at our facility to be collected until there's enough for a pallet.
• All individual emails and complaints about combined shipping or palletizing will result in your account being blocked.

Packages are shipped via Fedex / UPS / Canada Post based on customer location.

We are not setup for courier preferences.
