How to drink?

  • Soak your feet: Bring hot water to a boil and put about 10g of spicate clerodendranthus herb into the foot bath each time. Soak your feet for about 40 minutes. Your feet will be comfortable after soaking. 

怎么喝？
  • 饮茶：每次取9g左右放入茶杯或者茶壶煮沸，可续水1-2次
  • 煎煮：先放入约30g左右猫须草，冷水浸泡20分钟，煮沸即可饮用。
  • 泡脚：烧开热水，每次放入10g左右猫须草，放入泡脚盆中，大约泡40分钟，泡完脚会很舒适。
