Shipping:

All items shipped to you directly from the warehouse.

We only ship in the United States with the exception of the eBay Global Shipping Program.

Shipping is not available for PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO .

Orders to Canada are no longer supported.

Ground shipping methods within the USA (UPS or FedEx Ground) will take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to reach a destination, plus 1 to 2 days processing time.

All our items are guaranteed to be as described and to be free of defects.

The expedited shipping is not available.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If the item(s) get out of stock, you will have the option of a full refund or to wait for the item to restock. We make every effort to ensure that the items we list are in stock.

If you are not happy with the purchase or you received a product in damaged condition please notify us within 30 days of your order. We will ask for photos if necessary. We can offer replacement(s) or refund.

Shipping is non-refundable.

Returns for refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any item returned must be returned in its original box.

You must contact us prior to any returns being made.

Any defect that occurred after the product has been used is not returnable to us.
