Our shop 'Touched by Karakum' features handmade items from Turkmenistan, mostly felts and quilts, that make our lives cozy and warm. My friends and I made these with you in mind, using traditional materials from the Karakum desert, like camel or sheep wool.

Most of our items are shipped from Turkmenistan and some are already at our warehouse in Edison, New Jersey, United Staes (Please see Shipping Details in Listing Info.) Delivery times vary depending on local/international postal services and weather conditions. Processing time: 2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on the weekend or during holidays.

Customs and import taxes

US buyers: There are no import taxes or duties.

International Buyers: Please note that custom duties and import taxes may apply. Customs fees are expected to be paid in the recipient if not agreed otherwise. Please get in touch with us for a quote on a DDP delivery (delivered duties paid).

Returns

30 DAY RETURNS PAID BY BUYER. All shipping charges to be paid by buyer. We do not refund shipping charges.

Subject to the following conditions, we will issue refunds on products returned in their original packaging and undamaged if received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please return the product in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund.

To make a return, you must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) by contacting us at via eBay Messages. You will be notified by email to your registered email address on eBay and to eBay Messages within 48 hours with your RA#.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

You should expect to receive your refund within 6 business days upon verified and tracked receipt of your return package; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
