This Sierra West  Skylite 2, two person / 3 season tent is in good condition. The rain fly is not included, and is being sold without it for those in need of the base tent or can configure a new rain fly for it. There are no rips, tears, holes or abrasions on the tent itself. There is a small hole in the stuff bag. There are a few light stains and the waterproofing on the floor is warn. See images carefully. Comes with original ground stakes and stuff bag. Tent (without rain fly), stakes and bags weigh under 4 lbs. If your looking at this you very well may know that Serra West was a very good tent producer, made in the USA.
