Mehron Makeup Metallic Powder (.17 Ounce) with Mixing Liquid (1 oz). Brand new never opened. Made in the USA this product is brand new, never touched or open but unfortunately due to poor sealing from the factoring it may open during shipping and some of the gold powder could dust the inside of the package. With this powder a little goes a long way. If a little bit happens to open it is not going to affect the product much. I'm marking it down a little in case this happens.
