This auction is for an antique, advertising tray for Woodward's Chocolates, John G. Woodward & Co., "The Candy Men", Council Bluffs, Iowa.  Distributors Deborah Ginger Ale. The brown and white-colored tray measures 13-1/2" in diameter.  There are scratches, scuffs, small dents and age appropriate wear.
