The all new Autojack trade quality welding helmets are both slim and lightweight in construction, manufactured from a high impact poly amide nylon ensuring high levels of comfort and durability, the curved design has a clear splatter shield over the optics to provide maximum clarity at all times, fully adjustable with full neck coverage, locking headgear and automatic power off switch.

The auto darkening wide view lens switches from light to dark in 1/25,000th of a second and offers continuous protection against UV and IR radiation with the grinding switch conveniently located on the outside of the helmet, this switch locks the filter in light state (DIN 4) allowing the helmet to be used as a grinding visor.

The welding filter has 4 sensors that react independently as the welding arc is struck enabling almost instant darkening of the filter, the switching sensitivity knob is located inside the helmet which allows the helmet to be tuned to work in different ambient lighting levels with a Shade 4 light state for welding preparation.

Suitable for all aspects of welding and grinding work (MMA, MAG, MIG,TIG, SAW, PAW, PAC, RSW).
