After receipt of the 15% Deposit, please allow 8-12 weeks of production time - this is also the customary waiting time.
In case of goods in stock (please inquire before completing the purchase), the goods can be picked up by appointment.
At your request, we can deliver to your place of residence or another location of your choice, for this purpose we commission a freight forwarder to dispatch the goods. The dispatch takes place in original packaging with a forwarding agency and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and telephone availability of the customer, in exceptional cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery costs within the United Kingdom are FREE OF CHARGE. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (the shipping time takes approx. 1 week longer). There can be higher shipping costs, please inquire before buying. The delivery is carried out to the customer's specified address (gates or main entrance). A two-men moving team is available upon request.
We offer a self-pickup service, but the goods can also be delivered at the customer's request. You can pick up your new product directly from one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of £ 0.00 will be charged. The collection takes place by appointment only.
The remaining amount is either transferred before the goods are dispatched (you will receive an information email in advance before the goods arrive) or paid directly to the shipping company upon delivery (the customer pays the cash on delivery fee of 5% at least £ 45.00 in this case). Or you pay the remaining amount directly in our furniture store (appointment by arrangement).
