How do you choose your colours? 

Just message me with the colours you need through ask seller a question link, or send a picture of the colour chart that you need. You can also leave a note on the paypal invoice. 

PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes these may not come through to me. I will contact you if I don’t get the colour list from you. If you notice that your order as not been sent within 24 hours, it will be because I have not received the colour list.

DMC Stranded Cotton is The World's Favourite Embroidery Thread. They are made from the world's finest long staple cotton and mercerise it twice to give your embroidery exceptional sheen. They can be easily divisible into 6 strands which allow you to vary the weight of your stitches to add depth to your project.

DMC cotton uses colourfast dyes which means your embroidery won't fade as a result of washing or exposure to light. 

Care & Washing 
Colours are washable and fade resistant. Please take into account the fabric onto which you have embroidered. We recommend washing with a mild soap. After washing, wrap your embroidery in a towel to remove excess water, then dry flat. Place your embroidery on a clean cloth, preferably while still damp, and iron on the reverse side, at the temperature setting recommended for the fabric.

Refunds

·      I will refund as long as the items are returned in the original condition.  The buyer must be prepared to pay any return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
