Antique Camphor Sliding Writing Slope/Bureau - Roll Front Stationary/Paper Compartment​

This is an antique writing slope bureau, made from camphor. When the brass handle at the bottom is pulled, the writing surface slides out and the roll front slides up to reveal a 5-section paper and stationary compartment.

The writing surface is covered with green baize 

This unusual piece is suitable for use or decoration.
