A memorable medal dedicated to one of the largest institutions of higher education in Ukraine and Europe, founded in 1898. The National Technical University of Ukraine plays a significant role in the training of highly skilled engineering and scientific personnel and has been among the top three educational institutions in Ukraine for many years.
On the obverse of the medal there is: the main building of the university, over which - the Small State Emblem of Ukraine and the year of the university's foundation - 1898; By circle there are inscriptions: NATIONAL TECHNICAL (top), UNIVERSITY OF UKRAINE (below).
On the reverse of the medal there is depicted a gilded coat of arms of the university, under which the year of coinage is 2018. The circle contains the inscriptions: KIEVSKY POLITECHNICAL INSTITUTE (above), THE NAME OF IGOR SIKORSKY (below).
