Included Scart RGB cable is European wired type. If you hope chenge to Japanese wired type called JP21, you have to tell it me soon after having purchased this item. I will change the cable to JP21 after received request from you.

Low-pass filter ON/OFF switch (on RGB amp board)
What can I get on this one?
This console has installed not only RGB but also Region free. So you can play both Japan PCEngien&USA TurboGrafx-16 HuCARD games on this console without additional modding cost. Set the region mode with the switch at HuCARD slot mounted. Console motherboard has a new designed RGB amp board for DIN8pin output jack. Of course you can use DIN5pin Composite video cable also.
What jumper on board in Scart connector?
You can choose your optimum sync signal out of the three according to your connecting system. Default setting is Csync 75ohm as most common. In addition you can set to Csync TTL and Sync over composite video also. You can set the optimum sync signal even if you change your connecting system in future. Other seller is only a passthrough sync signal called "sync over composite video". So RGB picture displaying unstable on some monitor/converter.  
Assembled RGB amp board is based on THS7374 in Low-pass filter Off. By this effect, picture outline turned sharper than On as following photo. Of course you can choose On/Off at uses a slide switch on RGB amp board.
When do I use this switch?
This console has installed the THS7374 as popular IC in modding now. This IC has unique function that set a Low-pass filter On/Off. RGB picture outline become slightly sharper when switch to OFF. But in specific video capture devices detect the jailbar noise clearly even though console applied "jailbar fix" measure. In this case, be able to remove out the jailbar noise on screen when switch to ON. My designed THS7374 amp board has a manually switch for Low-pass filter though other modder's amp board cannot switching it. Many modders are set the Low-pass filter forced at OFF.
What is the advantage of using PCB inside a Scart?
PCB advantage is able to built large ground area in Scart connector inside. This mean the keep the stable ground potential better. As a result, this cable is pretty much surperior against radiation noise by uses customized PCB than classical chained ground wire. My RGB cable has got enhanced ability against radiation noise combined with the shielded cable and PCB large ground area. 
This modded console has rebuilt as following:
Removed all old capacitors and replaced with brand new them.
Installed the brand new potentiometer.
Finished up adjustment of laser output and lens focus.
Applied the grease up for gears working smoothly.
Card reader contact pins has been polished up so good conductivity.
Cleaned up the electro conductive rubber for correct responses of buttons.
Re-soldered to I/O port for durable fixing.
Checked via holes state on board.
