the system. Usage of the purchase is entirely the buyer's
responsibility. All liability is the buyer's responsibility for usage of
the system, data loss, or otherwise.
It is highly recommended to read the respective system's documentation prior to purchase.
Prior to Purchase
Prior
to purchase, it is highly recommended to ensure that your hardware is
compatible with the system you are interested in. Hardware which has
been released very recently or hardware that is rare may be unsupported.
Some components may also require the installation of additional drivers
to function properly. Please ensure that you understand the
installation process. It is always best that you understand the risks
involved with installing a new operating system. I do not take
responsibility for lost or corrupted data and/or any effect of improper
installation.
Strive for Quality
After
purchase and prior to shipping, live USBs are tested for functionality.
If a USB drive is found to be malfunctioning, broken, damaged, or
otherwise not to par, the buyer will be notified and their order
refunded.
Shipping
Items ship on Saturdays.
Tracking numbers supplied upon request.
The
item will be shipped safely and securely. If the item is damaged in
shipping, clear, concise photos of the damage should be taken of the
item and related damages, and the photos should be sent immediately.
Photos should be sent within three days of the actual or estimated date
of receiving the item.
Shipping is only available to the continental US (not available to Alaska or Hawaii). International shipping is not available.
Customer Service Policy
In
a strive to deliver quality service, it is asked that all questions,
doubts, or other correspondence be handled amicably and in reasonable
time via message. Purchasers who open cases without first making contact
limit amicable resolution of the issue. Purchasers have 30 days from
their actual or estimated date of receiving the item to contact for
resolution.
