| | SHIPPING | - All orders will be processed and shipped within TWO (2) BUSINESS DAY except special order items, in which case it will take FIFTEEN (15) BUSINESS DAYS to dispatch from our facility warehouse.
- All orders will be only processed and shipped during business days. The dispatch cut-off time is 12:00 P.M. (Eastern Time Zone). Any orders are checkout after cut-off time will be shipped on the next business day.
- All orders will be only ship to the address provided on eBay and No PO Box. To avoid longer processing time, please verify your shipping address is correct before submitting payment. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable address information provided.

| | SHIPPING DAMAGE | - All damage claims must be report within 24 HOURS after arrival. The return merchandise must be in unused condition.
- Damage items will be exchanged or refund once we receive the damaged item.

| | RETURN POLICY | - Merchandise can be returned within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS. All returning merchandise must be in unused condition and in the original packaging as received. Merchandise that does not meet these standards will be sent back to buyer at buyer's cost.
- All return merchandise must be authorized and obtain an RMA number before it being shipped back. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us through eBay message. Please note that all return merchandise without an RMA number will not be accepted by our facility warehouse.
- Buyer will be responsible for the returning shipping and handling fee. The returning merchandise must be in original condition within packaging as received. Buyer will be responsible for any damage in return transit.
- Once the returning merchandise is received by our facility warehouse, the merchandise will be inspected, once we have determined that it complies with return standards, we will refund the cost of your merchandise, plus applicable taxes, to your original method of payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If the purchased merchandise has "Free Shipping", the actual shipping cost will be ducted from the refund.
- 25% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund, except in cases where buyer received an incorrect or damaged item. Please allow up to 48 hours from the receipt of return at our warehouse for processing.
