We offer FREE shipping in the UK on these items. All orders will be engraved and dispatched within same working day or within 24 hours. Faster options are available. For all International orders delivery time will depend on the speed of the postal service within your own country, however please allow approximately 15-20 days. The vast majority of orders are received within the estimated time however occasionally Royal Mail or any other courier we use misplace the item and delivery is delayed.

f you're not happy with your purchase, you can return all items as long as they are not engraved and get a full refund or exchange the item for another product. You can return a item for up to 30 days from date of purchase, in its original and unopened packaging. Engraved & Personalised items are all made to order and since we are unable to remove the engraving, therefore we are unable to offer refunds on these items unfortunately, unless there is a fault with the item or a mistake on our part in which case we would be more then happy to replace it.
