• Orders will ship within 1 business day of payment receipt, though most will ship within 24 hrs during weekdays. We do not ship on weekends or various national holidays.

  Note: We only ship to Canada and U.S (some conditions applied)

  IMPORTANT: For domestic orders, we ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Services; For U.S orders, we ship via UPS standard services.

  For U.S Buyers

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Please check with U.S customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.
  • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts".
  • Free shipping only applies to domestic orders. There will be a shipping charge for U.S buyers.
  • We Do Not Ship to U.S P.O Box, Military Addresses, U.S oversea Territories, Hawaii, Alaska and US Protectorates

• We appreciate your feedback.  In the event that there is a problem with your order or product, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue before leaving negative or neutral feedback.

   

Warranty/Return

• All items come with YD Canada's 30-day return period unless advertised differently. After 30 days, the warranty is carried directly by the manufacturer, manufacturer's representative, or warranty provider.

  If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the 30-day return period and we will replace the defective item for you unless the original warranty supersedes our 30 day return period. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check.

  Specific terms are

  • For domestic buyers, we provide a return label within the package, please keep the return label and use the return label once you need to return an item, the return label is unique and cannot be regenerated. You need to pay for the return postage once you lost the return label.
  • All returned products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a restocking fee. Returns that have not been opened will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Non-defective returns that have been opened will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. No returns will be accepted if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories.
  • Refunds will be determined by the purchase price of the product. All fees including original shipping and restocking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Non-defective returns that included FREE SHIPPING on the original purchase have an embedded shipping cost that is non-refundable.
  • A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
  • Merchandise should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means.
  • We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
  • Once we receive your return we will ship a replacement or process a credit within 5 business days.
  • Items that are purchased as part of a combo or bundle may be returned separately. For example, a pack 2 Baofeng UV 5R may be returned one of them. If the entire combo or bundle is not returned when seeking a refund, the refund will be discounted based on the cost of the items not returned.

Products not eligible for return:

• • Any product not purchased from US.
  • Products with intentional physical damage.
