Any item paid for before 1pm Monday - Friday (we do not dispatch on Saturdays) will be sent out the same day.

Delivery times are dependent on the service chosen as follows: Royal Mail 48: Royal Mail’s rebranding of 2nd class delivery. Royal Mail 2nd class is delivered in 2-3 working days after dispatch, including Saturdays. Do not choose this service if it is urgent as it is NOT GUARANTEED for a specific date.

Royal mail delivers 98.5% of 2nd class mail within 3 working days Royal Mail 24: Royal Mail’s rebranding of 1st class delivery with the aim of delivering on the next working day after dispatch including Saturdays. Although Royal Mail deliver 93% of first class mail on a next working day basis this is NOT GUARANTEED for a specific date.

For time critical deliveries do not use Royal Mail 24 Parcelforce 24: Guaranteed next working day delivery throughout mainland UK excluding Saturdays (subject to the address being occupied and the door being answered).

All orders made before 1pm are guaranteed to be delivered next working day, although no specific time is guaranteed. Highlands and Islands – where possible we will use Royal Mail to deliver to the highlands and islands, a small surcharge may apply and will be clearly shown before checkout. Our choice of courier to the highlands and islands will vary and will reflect the most cost effective option possible.

International deliveries – due to the diverse range of destinations we cannot guarantee a specific courier or timescale for international deliveries but the most cost effective and reliable option will always be chosen and the charge clearly shown at checkout.

We only ship to the approved address given in PayPal payment. Please make sure payment address in PayPal is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or replacement policy. A notification email of dispatch will be sent to buyer after item is posted.

 

 

 

We will happily accept any items returned in the original condition, within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund minus postage costs. Beyond 14 days from the point of receipt returns may only be made for faulty goods and replacement parts will be sent to correct the fault.

No labour charges will be refunded in any case and warranty will be by way of a replacement part sent out in exchange for the originally supplied part.Buyer is responsible for return postage costs for a warranty replacement (post of faulty part from themselves to our office which is mainland UK)

No liability will be accepted for any damage caused as a result of use of the items supplied, not limited to but including installation/use by an untrained technician, improper use, use of item after modification to item.

Where an incorrect item has been dispatched or a faulty item is to be returned we will provide electronic return postage labels and in purchasing the item the buyer agrees that it will be their responsibility to print the labels and to drop the item off at the nearest myhermes location or post office (the choice of which will depend on the weight/value of the item). In buying this item the buyer is agreeing that it is thei responsibility to print off any labels neccesary for returning the item.

The customer is welcome to arrange their own return for incorrect items but we will only reimburse a pre agreed sum with respect to this method of return, please arrange the agreed sum with us before posting.
