Postage & Handling

• We only ship within Australia. 
• All items are posted within 24 hours (business day) after full payment has been processed. 
• We post out all orders within business hours on weekdays except for Public Holidays (Melbourne).
• All purchases will be given a tracking number. Please contact the courier used for shipment if your order is late or has been lost in transit. The courier will also reach out to you if there may be any issues during shipment.
• Please make sure your address you've inputted was correct as any issues later due to wrong address will not be Oz Nails & Beauty supplies responsibility.

Return Policy

• We offer 100% satisfaction to all our customers. Please contact if item was found faulty or if you are not satisfied prior to unpackaging or using the item.
• Please return goods to us in their original packaging, unopened and unused within 30 days and we will issue a refund for you once we have received and confirmed the product has not been used.
• Refunds will be made to the original method of payment through eBay system.
• Purchaser will need to pay for the return fee prior to return.
• We will not be held liable for packages that are lost or damaged during shipment. Please contact the courier if this does occur.
