By purchasing this listing, you are purchasing the exclusive playmat (non-stiched / unstitched) in the pictures, signed by Drew Baker.
These warlord playmats were only available for pre-order during a one-week window in early 2021 to celebrate Warlord's 20-year anniversary via the "20th Anniversary Artist Sale".
Most playmats seem to have been printed in very low quantities, so these are about as rare as 'hens teeth'.
These are brand new and unused, but please judge condition accurately by looking at the photos.

Single cards and single booster packs under 20 will be shipped as first-class letters. Decks, Secret Lairs, graded cards, and other similarly sized items will be shipped as first-class packages. Booster boxes will be shipped in a flat-rate envelope. Playmats will be shipped in Ultrapro box-tubes inside polymailers.
Additional services, such as signature confirmation, tracking, insurance, and over-night shipping are available upon request. If you want to combine shipping or request an additional service, please ‘commit to purchase’, send me a message to request the service, and wait for an invoice from me with the total due *before* paying. Refunds will not be issued for combined shipping after payments have been made.
International Shipping: Items can be shipped via the global shipping program or directly through USPS.
Local pickup is available if you are located in the greater-Miami area.
