SHIPPING:

Flat rate shipping to all 50 states. Shipping includes the cost of postage, cost of shipping materials, and handling cost. Most items start at a penny with no reserved. It takes money to sell and ship online and starting an item a penny does not guaranteed it will cover the cost of what I paid for the item and the cost to list and purchase shipping materials, therefor I have to charge a handling fee on top of shipping.
