Hi, up for sale I have a Beautiful Rare set of Genuine Factory OEM GM PBR front J55 Heavy Duty Calipers with Caliper Brackets & 10.9 Hardened Bolts, Pins, Banjo Bolts, Brake Pads (7mm) and factory GM (LH) AND (RH). This system originally came on the upgraded J55, ZR1 13 inch rotor optioned Corvette C4 from 1988-1996 but will work on 1984-1987 with spindle swaps. See photos for this J55 complete front caliper set. This is also a great complete bolt in option for the base brake package JL9 12 inch C4 Chevrolet Corvette model vehicles (Which most were). Item came out of a low miles 1995 Chevrolet Corvette C4 ZR1 V8 LT5 with a 6-Speed G92 with the J55 Heavy Duty Big Break Performance Upgrade with 20K. (King of the Road in its day) A.K.A “King of the Hill” These are also the same calipers found on all ZR1 C4 models. Item made in Australia. The PBR calipers have been long discontinued and are no longer being sold by General Motors or any Aftermarket auto parts stores. Item condition is used. Brakes pads are 7mm. we recommend new pads for safety and preventative maintenance. Item comes complete with both left front right front brake calipers, caliper brackets ,bolts, pins, and banjo bolts. Item works for all Auto or Manual Transmission Chevrolet Corvette C4 model vehicles. Must run 17 inch wheels or bigger for this brake system. Item does shown wear such as scratches scuffs, dings, etc as you would expect from a item this old but are still in good working order. These’s brakes were also the exact same ones found on the 1988 to 1992 1LE Performance Package vehicles and base Firehawk F bodies models. If you are wanting to use these brake calipers for the F body models it will require you to make modifications to your current spindles and will also require a custom-made bracket in order to make these calipers work which can easily be found online.
