FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

We Ship out Freight shipments Monday-Friday. Freight Shipment pickups CAN NOT occur on Saturdays.


Please understand that freight shipments can occur longer than traditional delays. Pickups are scheduled PER EACH SHIPMENT. The "handling time" can vary from 1-3 business days depending upon the shipping company's schedule. We do our best to speed this process up as much as we can. Tracking information is available upon request. EBay's automated tracking program does not recognize many LTL Freight company's tracking numbers, therefore you must either contact us, or the freight company directly for all up to date tracking information.


ALL TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPMENTS MUST HAVE A VALID PHONE NUMBER TO SCHEDULE DELIVERY.



**SPECIAL HANDLING CHARGES**


Please understand that certain automotive parts are classified as Dangerous/Hazardous to shipping companies. Many of these items CAN NOT be shipped internationally, and some items will also include additional handling fees that are **ALREADY** figured into the shipping costs shown in the eBay listing. If there are any additional fees, we will contact the buyer before shipment.


All Freight Shipments will include a $20-$40 handling fee to cover crates, pallets, and misc charges that are part of shipping. These charges will already be included in our shipping charges/quotes shown to buyers. If there are any additional fees, we will contact the buyer before shipment.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ANY item that is returned for ANY reason will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Any returned package without an RMA Number WILL BE REFUSED and returned to the buyer AT THE BUYERS COST. If you need to return or exchange any item that you purchase from us, please call or message us to receive a RMA Number.
