Windows 95, Windows 98, XP, have built in drivers for the SB16

The DOS program CTCM goes in the config.sys for Dos/Windows 3.1;  It consumes no memory, but only assigns the IO, IRQ, DMA then the card functions just lke the jumpered SB16 cards.

No CSP chip is soldered on these cards.
