You are looking at a Louis Marx Steam Hudson from 1953. This one is the beautiful 1829 steam locomotive that features three rods on each side--unusual level of detail for Marx. WOW.
1829 STEAM ENGINE 4-6-4
Really one of the more impressive engines by Marx--nice siderod details. Some light oxidation on wheels and trucks, A few minor scratches. Tested and runs. This one is the non-smoking version. 2731 SANTA FE TENDER Plastic to match locomotive body. Looks great. Some minor oxidation on wheels and axles. A few minor scratches so minor they are hard to picture. Decent printing with some fade. Sure to be a unique addition to your Marx collection...and a nice puller for your freight or passenger cars.

Terms of Sale

We do accept returns within 30 days. Unless there was an error on our end, return shipping is paid by the buyer and the price of the item is refunded upon receipt of iback at Lone Star Trains. If we made a mistake, we pay the return shipping. Items must be in the same condition as when we shipped. We cannot accept returns on orders that were shipped new and then opened. If there is a problem, such as an error in description or condition, we accept returns within 30 days.
