Purchased from ASOS some years ago and comes from a Danish clothing brand called Best Behaviour. 

You can wear as a dress or a jumper by pulling the length down or up.

The photo is on a vintage French Mannequin Stockman size 42, which is around UK size 8-10. (Mannequin measurement 87cm bust, 63cm waist 92cm hip).
