The Independent State of Croatia (Serbo-Croatian: Nezavisna Država Hrvatska, NDH), was a World War II client state of Germany and Italy, which was established in parts of Axis-occupied Yugoslavia. 

12th April 1941 

First stamps for Croatia were provisional overprints of Yugoslavian stamps.
