This is a new condition M.J.Hummel Annual Plate 1973 in bas relief by Goebel. This is hand painted, W. Goebel-Porzellanfabrik 3rd annual plate hum 266 Goebel W. Germany 1972 and for decoration only not to be used for food. Called: Globe Trotter. A very nice vintage rare NIB collectible plate.
