Silicone Mold Rubber is a very low temperature Silicone Rubber, it is ideal for producing long-lasting production molds. Produces highly detailed wax injections with extremely smooth surfaces that require less finishing.

This silicone rubber can be used directly from CAD/CAM and Rapid Prototyping plastic resin models, without risk of model damage. Speeds your designs from computer concept to production in hours, not days.

Silicone mold is very pliable is very easy to pack and cut.  The waxes produced from the molds are self-releasing and need no release agents.

Vulcanization Curing Times:

160°F (71°C) for 90 mins.

170°F (76°C) for 60 mins.

180°F (82°C) for 45 mins.

190°F (88°C) for 30 mins.
