Due to a change in life circumstances, I am selling my entire Jim Shore collection. 

I will be selling my collection in seasons and this listing is a part of my Christmas/Holiday/Winter seasonal collection.

This collection is filled with wonderful reminders of the incredible Christmas season. There are idyllic Holiday images of Santa, Santa’s Workshop, Mrs. Claus, Santa’s Reindeer, the Nativity, Angels, Snowmen, Christmas Trees, Holiday Trains and much more in this heartwarming Christmas collection!

In an effort to provide the most accurate description of each specific piece for sale, I will be posting detailed pictures of each item reflecting it's current condition. Please view all photos carefully as you consider whether to purchase a given piece, as they are the best and most accurate representation of each specific item for sale. 

Some important information regarding my listings:

-All of the items I am listing for sale are in Pre-Owned and/or Used condition. There are no Brand New pieces.

-All of the items I am listing for sale have been displayed in my home as seasonal decor.

-My home is - and always has been - a smoke free home.

-I am the original owner of some of the items I am listing for sale, but I also have purchased many of the items I am listing for sale from other sellers here on eBay, from Amazon, etc. As I am not the original owner of a good portion of my entire Jim Shore collection, I cannot fully guarantee the exact care and/or entire quality of life of each piece for sale in my collection. (ie: There may be damage or repairs that have occurred in pieces prior to my ownership that I am not aware of and cannot accurately report on.)

-In my collection there are several pieces of which I have duplicates or more than one of. In order for me to accurately keep track of each piece I am photographing/listing/selling/shipping, I have assigned each item a number. This assigned number is visible both in the Listing Title, as well as noted on the yellow paper in the first photograph of each listing. In the Listing Title and on the yellow informational paper, I have provided the specific number piece that is photographed and listed for sale (ie: #1 or #3) out of the total number of pieces I have available of that exact item to sell. The specific piece you see numbered/listed/photographed and bid on/purchase is the exact piece you will receive from my collection. 

-While the items in my collection have been in my possession, I have taken excellent care of the pieces.

-Due to the nature of this collection being Pre-Owned and Used, some wear is definitely present on the boxes, styrofoam, tape, packaging, hang tags and so on. There is writing on many of the boxes.

-Some pieces in this collection do not have boxes. The attached pictures should clearly show the pieces that do and do not have boxes in my collection.

-This collection is being sold As-Is. In bidding on or purchasing items from my collection for sale, you accept that some pieces may have known or unknown damage or repairs cosmetically. 

-There are absolutely no returns on this collection - each sale is 100% final. 

-All payments will go through eBay. Once I receive notice from eBay that an item has sold and successfully been paid for, I will ship the item via USPS within 3 business days.  I will provide tracking numbers for all boxes shipped in a timely manner.

-I will only ship this collection within the 48 contiguous United States - absolutely no exceptions.

-I will do my absolute best to package and ship each item sold as safely and securely as possible using great care. Even with my best efforts, I cannot guarantee that damage will not happen in the shipping process. I will not be responsible for damage as a result of shipping. If damage happens, a claim will need to be made with USPS for coverage from the shipping insurance. Each item sold and shipped will have USPS Insurance purchased to cover the full amount a buyer has paid for a given item (ie: if a buyer pays $125.00 for a piece, USPS Insurance will be purchased for $125.00 at the same time the USPS shipping label is purchased by me the seller).

-I have allowed for Local Pick-Up as a delivery option for my listings. The only place I will agree to meet in-person to deliver an item that has been sold is the e-commerce exchange area of a local Police Department/Sheriff’s Office/Etc. I will make absolutely no exceptions to this Local Pick-Up policy!
