Betty Boop 2008 "Santa I've Been Naughty" Lite Up/Thermal Shirt Junior's Plus 4X.

The shirt is brand new. I do not believe it lights up without replacing batteries and I am not sure how that works so do research prior to buying. There are no returns on clothing... Do feel something in the shirt around the bottom of Betty's leg... You have questions please ask prior to buying...shirt was in storage so may need washed/storage/musty/etc...
