This is an AUX in adapter and 4 removal pins (tools) for Ford 5000 CD, 6000 CD, 6006 CDC  factory fitted CD/radio head units.
The adapter works with units which have a volume adjustment knob located in the centre of the unit and AUX button in the top left

The adapter works with factory fitted head units installed in the following cars:
for Focus from 2005 onwards,
for Mondeo from 2005 onwards,
for Fiesta from 2005 onwards,
for Fusion from 2005 onwards
